The design process typically starts with an initial consultation, during which I get to know you and your design needs, goals, and preferences. Once I have a good understanding of your needs and the space itself, I'll begin the design process. This typically involves creating detailed design plans that may include sketches, renderings, and/or 3D models to help you visualize the final result. I'll work with you to refine the design plan until we arrive at a concept that you're excited about and that meets all of your needs.

Once the design plan is finalized, I'll move on to the implementation phase, which may include everything from selecting materials and finishes to working with contractors and overseeing the construction process. Throughout the implementation phase, I'll communicate with you regularly to ensure that you're happy with the progress and that the design is coming together according to plan.

How do you charge for your services?

Our service fees are based on the unique needs and extent of each project. We begin with a $300 flat rate for a 1 1/2 hour initial consultation, where we will delve into your design objectives and requirements. We will then prepare a proposal outlining the project scope and a comprehensive cost breakdown.

For smaller assistance needs, we provide time blocks that can be purchased to fit your requirements. For a more inclusive design solution, we will furnish a personalized proposal that encompasses all of your needs.

We value your time and are committed to providing the most efficient and effective service possible. Our aim is to help you achieve your design goals within your budget, whether it is a small or full-scale design project. Our established vendor connections enable us to offer cost savings to our clients, but we cannot guarantee the lowest prices since there may always be someone offering cheaper prices.
