Planning Stage

Free 30-minute phone consultation to understand your requirements and expectations.

Review pictures of the current space and inspiration images.

Generate a rough cost estimate based on information provided.

Conduct site survey to collect accurate measurements and to assess restraints/challenges.

Design Stage

Design Development: Develop the design concept using our 9 layers of design including multiple options, refining the chosen design, and selecting materials and finishes.

Design Presentation: Present the final design concept, including 3D renderings, material samples, and floor plans, and allow for client feedback and changes.

Project Management

Project Management: finding and procuring all required materials, meeting with different vendors, contractors, and fabricators to make sure that the plan is being carried out to our specifications.

Final Walkthrough: once the project is complete, go through the final product with the client to ensure everything meets expectations.
